I called them about the Deluxe package and the came to my house pick up my car and dropped it off all in the same day. The end result was absolutely amazing! I am still not convinced they didn't switch my car out for a new cleaner model. They asked when they picked the car up, if there where any special instructions I said yes "My daughter has spilled milk formula in the back on more then one occasion can you get that out?" Not only was the horrible smell gone but the car smells better then it ever has. If your thinking about detailing your car not only should you go with their deluxe package, but you should upgrade to the six month sealant this is Michigan after all, and the Weather is not easy on cars.

Crystal Clean saved me nearly 2000 dollars! I had a large tear in my motorized leather seat. The dealership said the tear was too extensive to repair and would cost nearly 2k to replace. When I noticed a fine mist of white road paint not just lightly splashed on small part of my less than 2 year old G6, but entirely covering the front bumper and hood as well as extending up onto the windshield, side mirrors and some parts of the roof, I wanted to cry. I called Crystal Clean and while they didn't want to make promises, they quickly offered to do a test spot to see if they could remove the paint. I brought it in the next day after work for them to test a spot and much to my joy and relief I was told they'd be able to get the paint off. They squeezed me in with an appointment not even two days later and I dropped off and picked up my car the same day. Not only did they get all the road paint off, I'm pretty sure it looks better now than it did when I drove it off the lot 18 months ago. I purchased my 1995 Camry in January 2006 and am embarassed to admit I have never waxed it. The body is still in excellent condition, but it definitely needed a little TLC, especially with winter approaching. After just a few hours at Crystal Clean, my car looks brand new! It is incredibly shiny and has a nice smooth finish now. The inside is spotless - even the glove box and all the little crannies and storage compartments are clean. Brought the Hummer in after getting home from vacation and finding that the sunroof wasn't sealed shut. It had a flood of water in it from a rainstorm. Crystal clean took it in right away on a weekend and got the car dried out then cleaned the damage up from the rain and applied a spray inside that prevents it from being able to harbor germs and bacteria and mold that may have been able to thrive with the water damage. They went beyond my expectations and even sprayed the running boards with a sealant for some rust that was on it. It looked almost as good as when we bought it new back in 2003. I plan on using Crystal Clean for all of our cars detail needs. The staff is very friendly and professional to deal with.

My wife dropped off the Buick for detailing owned by a friend and as she drove away one of the technicians noticed my wife's car was leaking radiator fluid. Determining the car was not safe to drive she called me and I called a tow truck to have the car taken to my local repair shop. A technician volunteered to drive me home after I brought a car for my wife. When at home I realized the house keys had been left on my wife's key chain. A second technician drove out to my home from the Crystal Clean shop with my house keys! Two technicians both with great attitudes were now taken from the shop; I cannot conceive of better service than this.

I have over 110K miles on my Land Rover and it was starting to look it's age. After picking out a new car, the plan was to take my Subaru in for a dealership trade-in. The car had not been thoroughly cleaned in many months, and appeared dirty and worn far beyond the capabilities of a basic vacuum and whipe-down. Fearing a poor trad-in price, I took it in for a full detail at Crystal Clean. Naturally they did a fabulous job, and the car looked brand new again. The next day I got a trade-in price above the blue book listing!

I have over 110K miles on my Land Rover and it was starting to look it's age. While I do keep it pretty clean, it needed a good once over with that special attention to detail; a deep cleaning, wax job, swirl marks and some attention to the little dings and dents. The problem was, I never seemed to find time to get it in anywhere. That's when I spotted an email add from Crystal Clean Automotive Detailing touting their airport valet service. They offered to have me drop the car off and shuttle me to the airport and upon my return pick my car up in short term parking! I travel a lot and this fit right into my schedule and the work they did was well beyond my expectations! Great service at a great price. A great value!

After owning our car for almost 9 years, it was in need of some extensive cleaning, especially the inside. The team at Crystal Clean did an excellent job at both the surface and deep-down cleaning. We have never seen such a shine on the exterior! We took advantage of their Valet service to the airport so also saved the Long-term parking charges during the week we were gone on our trip. I bought a new car 5 days before Thanksgiving. It still had that wonderful dealership smell to it. Five days after the purchase, on Thanksgiving, a 10 year old threw up 3 times in my front seat.
